I'm an Austral-Asian. Yes, I'm of Asian decent born and raised in Australia, and I wouldn't change that for the world. I love living in Australia, and sharing my cultural background of Aussie and Philippine/Chinese decent.

Growing up I loved to read. To me it was a great form of escapism where I could journey to far off places in the past, the future or alternative worlds. My passion for reading morphed into writing very early on. I wrote my first story about monsters in storm drains. A nice place to start, fiddling with the age old urban myth. Since then I realized my true love for adventure and wrote every day, loving each second of it. With binders full of stories that could go anywhere from fifty to one-hundred pages or more, I kept on writing. Moving from genre to genre but never writing to the end of any story.

As I hit my teenage years, my favourite authors ranged from Dean R Koontz, Anne Rice, David Gemmell, Terry Brooks, David Morrell and Johanna Lindsay. As you can see from this list, I have eclectic tastes. Despite all the different genres I enjoy, I loved reading romances the most. I can't get enough of the woman meeting the man of her dreams and overcoming all the odds to be together. *insert ahhh*
